South Petersfield Golf Club

I played on Monday 19th June at 2:10pm booked by my partner Helen who walked the course with me. I wanted to say thank you to the warm welcome we received in the pro shop and by the lovely polite young lady in the bar. The course was in great condition and the greens and tee boxes were exceptional. I currently have the pleasure of playing at Swinley Forest Golf Club as and I would rate our greens at 5 out of 10 and yours at 10 our tee boxes at 6 & yours at 10, your green staff have done an amazing job in what has been an extended period of dry weather. I know you do not have fairway watering but by keeping them just a bit longer, has saved them from being burnt to a cinder like many other clubs. I wish I lived nearer to play your course and experience the warmth of your members who were equally delightful. Well done to you all for providing such a fabulous experience.

A very warm welcome and the course was in great condition. Chris was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. We enjoyed our carvery and I have to give the sweet 10/10.

A 2 hour drive down from Essex and unfortunately nearly 3 hours going back but worth it.

On behalf of everyone at Hampshire Ladies Golf can I extend heartfelt gratitude to you and your brilliant team at Petersfield.  Honestly the women all loved the day and quite gratifyingly we had many players who had never entered a Hampshire competition before.   So many compliments about the course and also the catering.

From an organisational point of view I must thank you for all your amazing support and professional help - you made everything so easy for us and it was a real pleasure being at Petersfield and working with you.
